HOW WE OPERATE
01
Danish National Arms Export Law

BlastTec operates under the Danish Act on the Export of War Material. All products are classified per the Danish Control List, and every export requires a valid licence prior to shipment.

02
EU Common Position on Arms Exports

BlastTec adheres to EU Common Position 2008/944/CFSP governing exports of military technology across all EU member states.

03
Import & Export Licensing

BlastTec holds active licences for the import and export of controlled goods within the EU and to third countries. End-user documentation required as standard.

04
End-User Responsibility

All clients provide valid end-user certificates (EUC) prior to any transaction. BlastTec reserves the right to decline any order where intended use cannot be verified.

WE DO NOT
DEAL WITH
STRANGERS.

BlastTec maintains a strict, non-negotiable client vetting policy. We do not engage with unverified parties, and we do not conduct business with anyone who cannot demonstrate clear institutional standing and lawful intent.

BlastTec products reach the right hands, and only the right hands.

01
Initial Enquiry Screening
All inbound enquiries screened against institutional identity. Anonymous contacts not progressed.
02
Institutional Verification
Government clients provide procurement credentials. Defence manufacturers provide registration and licence documentation.
03
End-User Declaration
All clients submit a signed EUC specifying intended application and destination. Diversion clauses apply as standard.
04
Export Authorisation
BlastTec obtains appropriate Danish or EU export licence before any order is confirmed.
05
Ongoing Relationship Management
Established clients subject to periodic re-verification. Any change in status triggers full re-assessment.
UNSOLICITED ENQUIRIES

BlastTec ApS does not engage with unsolicited contact from unverified parties. All enquiries are subject to full institutional verification before any response is issued. BlastTec reserves the right to report suspicious contact to relevant Danish and EU authorities.
