BlastTec operates under the Danish Act on the Export of War Material. All products are classified per the Danish Control List, and every export requires a valid licence prior to shipment.
BlastTec adheres to EU Common Position 2008/944/CFSP governing exports of military technology across all EU member states.
BlastTec holds active licences for the import and export of controlled goods within the EU and to third countries. End-user documentation required as standard.
All clients provide valid end-user certificates (EUC) prior to any transaction. BlastTec reserves the right to decline any order where intended use cannot be verified.
BlastTec maintains a strict, non-negotiable client vetting policy. We do not engage with unverified parties, and we do not conduct business with anyone who cannot demonstrate clear institutional standing and lawful intent.
